Main Features
(3) Battery-Backed Outlets with Surge Protection
These outlets keep critical electronics online during a temporary blackout and offer protection from power surges and voltage spikes. If a blackout occurs or a power disruption beyond the tolerance range is detected, the UPS will switch over to battery power and supply these outlets with power.

True Double-Conversion Online Topology
The main supply is fed directly into the UPS and charges batteries within the UPS. The battery power is then converted back to the main power to feed the protected equipment.

Zero Transfer Time
True online double-conversion topology for zero transfer time from Line Mode to Battery Mode in case of a power disturbance prevents malfunction of mission-critical equipment.

Pure Sine Wave Output
Best waveform for sensitive electronics. Benefits include:
• Smoother waveform
• Best for sensitive equipment
• Higher quality than a modified sine wave
• Maintains voltage at a safe level
• Motors run at their intended speed and with less heat
• Equipment runs with less noise
• IT equipment lasts longer
• Low harmonic distortion

Microprocessor-Controlled Technology
The microprocessor optimizes the UPS by monitoring and responding to the different conditions and abnormalities detected, and allows different settings to be made as well as software monitoring of the system from a computer.

Wide Input Voltage Range
Minimizes the need to switch over to battery power and frequency of battery charge and recharge cycles by correcting extreme voltage distortion for higher system reliability.

Active PFC to Improve Power Factor
Active PFC (power factor correction) improves the power factor and power quality of the UPS by reducing harmonic distortion on the electrical system to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy loss. Additional benefits include active wave shaping of input current, low voltage drop, filtering high frequency switching, waveform control through feedback sensing from the power source, and regulation of output voltage based on feedback control.

EMI / RFI Filter
EMI / RFI filter suppresses electromagnetic noise and radio frequency interference transmitted from AC power.

3-Stage Smart Battery Charging System
This system uses CCCV (constant current constant voltage) battery charging method to maximize battery performance and lifespan with an intelligent, multi-stage battery charging system to auto-sense the optimal battery charging performance based on factors such as. battery level, battery voltage, and temperature. CCCV charges batteries in three stages: constant-current, constant-voltage, and float.

In constant-current stage, the battery charges at a constant current that is also the fastest charging time before moving onto constant-voltage charging stage when the system detects the required battery voltage has been achieved. In constant-voltage stage, the charge current decreases and battery is charged based on a constant voltage to prevent overcharging the battery. When battery capacity is almost full, the charging system moves to a float stage. Float stage charges the battery at a trickle charge, charging just enough to maintain a full charge such as compensating for any loss caused by self-discharge.

Overload Protection
Protects the UPS from an overload. If the circuit breaker trips, unplug a few electronics before resetting the circuit breaker and turning your unit back on.

1A to 6A Adjustable Battery Charger
Select between 1A to 6A battery charging current for faster battery recharge time depending on the number of external battery modules connected to the UPS. This is especially useful if located in an area with frequent power disturbances that would cause the UPS to run on Battery Mode frequently.

Expandable Battery Runtime
Add up to 6 external battery banks to extend the battery runtime of your UPS.

Set Output Voltage and Frequency
The output voltage can be set to 110 / 115 / 120 / 127Vac for LV models and 208 / 220 / 230 / 240Vac for HV models, and the frequency can be set to either 50Hz or 60Hz for better performance with sensitive electronics when the UPS.

NOTE: Setting the UPS output to 50Hz if manufacturers for 60Hz will derate the UPS capacity by 40%.

ECO Mode
Efficiency Corrective Optimizer (ECO) improves energy consumption by changing how power flows through the UPS. ECO Mode improves energy efficiency of the UPS by setting the UPS to "standby." Input power will bypass voltage to output when the input voltage is within the acceptable range. Power factor correction and the inverter are still active in this mode.

Cold Start Capable
Turn on the UPS even without utility power as long as there is sufficient battery power.

Auto-Restart During AC Recovery
Once power returns to normal and the battery levels are sufficient, the UPS will automatically restart.

Off-Mode Charging
The UPS continues charging the internal batteries when powered off as long as the unit is plugged into an AC mains wall socket.

Power Management Software
Monitor and control the UPS from your computer with the included user-friendly software to automate computer shutdown, monitor battery levels, set UPS parameters, receive alerts of abnormalities, and more.

LCD Screen
See real-time status information of your UPS power conditions including the voltages, battery level, fault detected, and more.

Mute Audible Alarm
Temporarily mute the audible alarm from your UPS by pressing the Mute button when audible alerts are ongoing. The mute setting is reset once the UPS returns to a normal state for the next time unusual activity is detected.

Generator Compatible
This UPS is compatible with inverter generators using electronic governors. Inverter generators produce pure sine wave for better performance and "cleaner" power. Electronic governors uses an electronic control system that detects changes in the load and can adjust the throttle to control the engine and generator control functions for output power that is reliable and constant under variable loads.

Optional Accessories (Not Included)
• Network Management Card - For remote power monitoring. See model number #SNMP-2 for compatibility with this UPS series.
• Add-On External Battery Banks - Extend the battery runtime in the event of an extended power outage. Maximum 6 EBBs may be used.
• Maintenance Bypass Switch (MBS) - Safely service the UPS while keeping connected equipment powered for zero downtime with.

Warranty (US & Canada)
