| The Tacoma Series with step-down transformer is a true double-conversion online UPS with pure sine wave output delivering reliable power protection for mission-critical equipment. An expansive list of features delivers high-performance technology and features for optimal UPS performance for this series. This series allows for the expansion of the UPS reliance with a parallel-redundant setup with one additional (N+1) or a parallel-capacity system (N) to increase overall capacity up to 2 units for 12kVA capacity. An output voltage regulation of 2% or lower delivers more precise power to sensitive electronics for better UPS performance. |

Main Features |
Expandable Battery Runtime Add up to 3 external battery banks to extend the battery runtime of your UPS. NOTE: This UPS does not have any batteries inside. An external battery bank is required for battery backup function. 4A Battery Charger 4A battery charger for faster battery recharging time to prepare for the next power disturbance. Advanced Battery Management Maximize battery performance and lifespan with an intelligent, multi-stage battery charging system to auto-sense the optimal battery charging performance based on battery levels. Cold Start Capable Turn on the UPS even without utility power as long as there is sufficient battery power. Auto-Restart During AC Recovery Once power returns to normal and the battery levels are sufficient, the UPS will automatically restart. Set Output Frequency The output frequency can be set to either 50Hz or 60Hz for better performance with sensitive electronics. NOTE: Setting the UPS output to 50Hz will derate the UPS capacity by 40%. N+X or N Parallel Option (up to 2) This series allows for the expansion of the UPS reliance with a parallel-redundant setup with 1 additional unit (N+1) or a parallel-capacity system (N) to increase overall capacity up to 2 units for 12kVA capacity. Power Management Software Monitor and control the UPS from your computer with the included user-friendly software to automate computer shutdown, monitor battery levels, set UPS parameters, receive alerts of abnormalities, and more. LCD Screen See real-time status information of your UPS power conditions including the voltages, battery level, fault detected, and more. Mute Audible Alarm Temporarily mute the audible alarm from your UPS by pressing the Mute button when audible alerts are ongoing. The mute setting is reset once the UPS returns to a normal state for the next time unusual activity is detected. Optional Accessories (Not Included) • Battery Banks - External battery banks to extend the battery runtime. Add up to 3 external battery banks. See model # TAC-6KBB. • Network Management Card - For remote power monitoring. My serial number for the software does not work
The serial number to use the included software is printed on your CD; it is not the serial number of your UPS unit.
How do I remotely monitor the UPS via web browser?
A network management card, model # NMC, is required for this feature.
