| The Switched NPM PDU offers remote control, monitoring, and communication of the PDU to keep equipment downtime minimized and only send service personnel when a disturbance is indicated. This advanced PDU offers extensive information vital to IT professionals to ensure reliability of connected equipment. Optional add-ons are available to build-out the most suitable Switched NPM PDU for your installation needs. The 1U height mounts horizontally in any standard 19" server rack. |

| Main Features (8) Outlets Conveniently power multiple devices from one power source. 19-inch Rack at 1U Height Fits standard rack cabinets with a low profile at only 1U. Remote Monitoring Remotely monitor the PDU AC input voltage, individual and total outlet current, individual and total outlet power consumption, temperature & humidity (if available), system operating status, and power factor via one of the available communication methods. Remote Control Remotely turn off each individual outlet via one of the communication methods. Alarm Communication Set parameters for individual and overall PDU for monitoring with communication alerts when the PDU is out of range. Parameters available for monitoring include limiting the range of individual and total load current, temperature & humidity, and output signal level. Each outlet can also be reset remotely as an option. Surge Suppression Protects connected equipment from power surges. Overload Protection Protect against an overcurrent, which can cause permanent damage to the PDU by exceeding the rated current of the PDU. If this occurs, turn off the PDU and remove devices causing the PDU rating to exceed. Then reset the circuit breaker. Overload Audible Alert If an overload occurs, an audible alert will sound to call attention to the PDU condition. Communication Management Remotely monitor, control, and manage the PDU via web, telnet, SNMP (V1 / V2 / V3), or SSH. Set parameters most suitable for the installation location of the PDU to send alerts when the PDU and sensors detect conditions are out of range. Network-Grade Build Heavy-duty aluminum alloy casing distributes power evenly, good corrosion resistance, and heat dissipation. |
14AWG Power Cord and Strain Reliever Heavy-duty power cord and strain relief prevents stress and damage on the power cord to deliver power safely. Connect up to 4 Units Daisy-chain up to 4 NPM PDU units. Be careful not to exceed the rating of each NPM PDU. Flexible Mountable Design Mount outside rack cabinets, under-counter, wall mount, or work bench. LCD Status Indicator See real-time status information, including AC input voltage, individual and total power consumption, individual and total outlet power, total current, power factor, temperature & humidity (if available), and system operating status. WiFi Port Use a WiFi dongle to access the PDU wirelessly instead of an ethernet port if the PDU is in a location where ethernet cable is impractical. Optional Accessories (Not Included) • Water Logging Sensor - Sensor that detects water. If water is detected, an alarm will be sent based on PDU communication settings. • Smoke Sensor - Sensor that detects smoke in the air. If smoke is detected, an alarm will be sent based on PDU communication settings. • Temperature / Humidity Sensor - Sensor that measures the temperature and humidity. If the measured temperature or humidity are outside the set parameters, an alarm will be sent based on PDU communication settings. • Door Sensor - Sensor that detects if a rack cabinet door was opened. If the sensor detects the cabinet door was opened, an alarm will be sent based on PDU communication settings. |
